With the Blog War Challenge using Metal embellishments the past week, I thought it would be a great time to share some ideas using brads and eyelets in your scrapbooking and card making , that I have come across in my papercraft journey.

• Connectors on paper piecing for moveable parts
• Attaching vellum
• Accents on journal blocks
• To "hang" things from
• Accent center of flowers
• Eyes of paper dolls and animals
• Decoration on a child's ball
• Buttons on a shirt , dresses etc
• Decorations on a Christmas tree
• Center of a pinwheel
• Center of tires
• The "dot" on an i or j
• Lacing something together
• As an accent on a letter
• In the hole of a tag
• Use to embellish the corner of tags or images
• End of antenna on a bug
• Borders
• Attach ribbon and fabric
